Pinot Grigio Ramato DOC FRESCOBALDI ATTEMS
It is a Friuli DOC that comes from a particular processing, Pinot Grigio, in which the must remains in contact for about 10 hours with the skins, enriching the final product - processed only in steel - the characteristic color.
Pinot Grigio Ramato DOC's features
The color is decidedly characteristic, with a hue that oscillates between the onion skin and copper. The range of aromas that spreads to the nose highlights intense and varied notes, in which the fruit is declined with different shades, from grapefruit to cherry. The mouthfeel is full-bodied, with a fresh sip that binds well to the mineral and savory taste that is found on the palate.

Excellent with crustaceans and vegetable sauces. Serve at 12°C in a glass not very wide.
