This Ribolla Gialla from Ronchi di Cialla Winery in Friuli is produced with 100% Ribolla Gialla grapes, grown in the Prepotto vineyards near Udine. Following the manual harvest, the grapes macerate on the skins for 2 days with the use of indigenous yeasts, and then ferment in steel at a controlled temperature. Refinement takes place in contact with the fine lees for at least three months with frequent batonage.
Characteristics of this white wine
The organoleptic examination shows a straw yellow color with greenish reflections; the olfactory notes evoke fruity notes of apple and pear and on the palate it strikes for balance and minerality.

Perfect to accompany fish dishes, sushi and sashimi and first courses with vegetables. Serve at a temperature of 10-12°C in a tall and tapered glass.
