Weinbeschreibung
The Ribolla Gialla DOC is the symbol of the Agricultural Company Perusini located in Corno di Rosazzo in the Udine province on the Oriental hills. The wine is produced with 100% Ribolla Gialla grapes which is a local vine from Friuli. The wine making is in steel under temperature control and it follows six months of refinement on lees.
Characteristics of this Ribolla Gialla wine
It has a bright straw yellow with gold reflections. The scent is fruity with some pear and yeast aromas. The taste is sapid and complex with a long saline persistence.
Suggested pairings with this white wine of the Perusini winery
It has to be served in medium wide wine glasses at 10-12°C. It is perfect as appetizer and matched with white and delicate fish starters, with oysters and sea food.
