Wine description
This extra dry rosé sparkling wine is made from 100% Pinot Noir grapes, harvested between mid/late August. The vinification takes place in red with a slight maceration of the skin while the fermentation takes place in steel at a controlled temperature.This rosé sparkling wine is produced by the Martinotti method, that is with refermentation in autoclave.
Characteristics of this sparkling wine
It has a soft pink color and a slight perlage. The olfactory bouquet recalls berries, floral notes of rose and violet. The palate is fresh and with a slight mineral flavor that further enhances the fruity and floral notes.
Recommended pairings with this rosé Ceci sparkling wine
Excellent with appetizers based on cheese and salami, to try with fish dishes. Serve at a temperature of 6/8 ºC.
