Dogliani Superiore DOCG La Fusina
Vineyards are about 80 years old, so they are very ancient.
After 6-8 days of fermentation at a temperature of about 26°-29°C, wine is refined in stainless steel vessels for 12 months, then bottled. Wine is released on the market after being aged for 8 months.
It presents a ruby red colour with violet veins.
Taste is warm and vigorous.
Bouquet is dominated by raspberry and violet notes.
It should be served in a wide glass at a temperature of 18°C.
It can perfectly be paired with red meat and main courses which display intense flavours.
