The sparkling wine Metodo Classico della Fusina is produced with 100% Pinot Noir grapes. Fermentation in steel at low temperature, aging in steel and draught in March in every year. Aging in bottle of about 36-42 months, natural disgorgement, without use of sugar.
Characteristics of this sparkling wine
Alta Langa "La Fusina" is an extremely pleasant product, with a persistent and creamy pérlage. The bouquet is rich and goes from the notes of toast, apple, candied fruit and butter to the most spicy. In the mouth the foam and very integrated to the wine, giving a sensation of rare fullness, the high acidity and sapidity make it suitable for every moment and dish, a great wine.
Suggested pairings tasting this sparkling wine
Excellent as an aperitif or as a whole meal. Serve at a temperature of 8 ºC in a tapered glass.
