Schiava "Bocado" DOC Andrian
A wine that fully represents the territoriality of the region and expresses the local tradition. The variety of grapes used for its vinification is that of the 100% pure Schiava grape variety and bred within the farm. Vinification involves the use of the traditional method in red, in stainless steel containers at controlled temperature; accurate pumping over; maturation and malolactic in large barrels.

The organoleptic analysis of the wine shows an intense ruby red color. The nose has hints of small, slightly ripe red fruit, violet and toasted almonds. The taste is harmonious, fresh, pleasant and easy to drink.
