The Terre Siciliane Nero d'Avola IGT "Caeles" 2016 of Firriato was born from the own vineyards raised in organic. The vinification is carried out in steel; then there is a maturation of 3 months in wooden barrels of various sizes of second passage.

It is a brilliant ruby red wine. On the nose there are hints of flowers and red fruits, spicy and balsamic nuances. Very elegant, full-bodied and persistent.

Ideal red with the dishes of the ground kitchen, such as pasta with meat sauce and beef. Serve at a temperature of 15°C in a fairly large glass.
