Descrizione vino

From the vinification of Sangiovese grapes for 75%, and Cabernet Sauvignon for 25%. The origin is the classic one of Sardinia, where the Siddura winery operates. For the vinification that takes place from grapes grown on sandy soils from granitic decay and pebbles, a few high-quality bunches are produced, selected and harvested by hand, and then left to macerate on the skins for a few weeks in steel tanks at a controlled temperature. The refinement then continues in French oak barrels for a few years, until the moment of assembly.

 

Colli del Limbara Tiros Siddura’s features

A ruby red colour. The perfume has and fruity notes of blackberry jam, cherries in alcohol, with forays of Mediterranean and clear hints of myrtle berries. The taste on the sip is enveloping and with a remarkable tannic structure to continue with a pleasant persistence with tones of tobacco and licorice.

Its intensity and softness make it the perfect match for first courses with tasty meat sauces or lamb and roasts of the Sardinian tradition. The optimal serving temperature is 16 ° C.
