Weinbeschreibung
From the area of Montepulciano near Siena comes this red wine from Cecchi Winery, one of the great wines of Tuscany based on Sangiovese, in particular Prugnolo Gentile: located at 350 m above sea level these vineyards enjoy medium-textured soils with limestone matrix. The vinification in red takes place at a controlled temperature for about 21 days, then the aging phase takes place in small oak barrels.
Characteristics of this Tuscan wine
It has a very intense ruby color and an intoxicating scent of violet. The palate is harmonious and with a good structure, pleasant tannic texture.
Recommended pairings with this Tuscan red wine
Excellent with all meat or cheese dishes. Serve at a temperature of 18 ºC.
