The grapes is 100% Sangiovese coming from Tenuta Nuova vineyards whose unique characteristics give to the wine a great personality, structure and power. The grape harvest is by hand, follows the destemming of the bunches and grapes and finally the fermentation takes place without additional yeast. The refinement is in oak barrel for 30 months. Then, at least, 18 months in bottle.
