This renowned and prestigious wine famous all over the world comes from the Cecchi Tuscan Winery. Montefalco Rosso is the result of the wise and respectful vinification in a blend of Sangiovese grapes for 70%, Sagrantino for 15%, and Merlot 15%. The origin falls in the territory of Montefalco, Umbria. The vinification involves the traditional use in red with prolonged maceration at a controlled temperature. Fermentation lasts 15 days at a controlled temperature of 28°C. The wine is aged for 14 months in barriques and at least 4 months in the bottle.

In appearance it has an intense ruby red color, with evident violet reflections. The scent is characterized by an aroma reminiscent of jam, with prevailing notes of blackberry and currant. The taste spreads on the palate with a broad and harmonious structure.
