Wine description
This wine from Cantina Le Morette comes from a special selection of Turbiana grapes, with a yield of 105 quintals per hectare. The harvest takes place in the first ten days of September: vinification takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 16–18°C. The second fermentation takes place through a slow five-month process in stainless steel tanks.
Characteristics of this Spumante Brut from Cantina Le Morette
It has a straw-yellow colour and a fine perlage; the bouquet is elegant, with hints of yeast and bread crust. On the palate, it is savoury, with a long finish.
Recommended pairings for this Brut Cépage
Excellent as an aperitif with friends, served with cold cuts and cured meats. Try it with Asian dishes or raw fish. Serve at a temperature of 6–8°C.
