This red wine from the Le Morette winery comes from a blend of Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes: Perseo was created with the aim of producing a wine of depth. The harvest takes place during the first week of October, followed by a period of drying for the grapes. The grapes ferment with maceration for 16–18 days at a controlled temperature of 26°C. The final ageing phase takes 18–24 months, partly in French oak tonneaux and partly in Slavonian oak barrels. The wine is then aged in the bottle for a further 6 months.

It has a very intense, bright ruby red colour. The nose reveals notes of ripe red fruit, spices and toasted aromas. On the palate, it impresses with its substantial structure.

Perfect as a meditation wine, but also pairs well with flavourful red meats and mature cheeses. Serve at a temperature of 16–18°C.
