Weinbeschreibung
The Rosso di Montalcino of Cecchi Winery originates from the area of Montalcino near Siena, from soils at an altitude of 250 m above sea level composed of medium dough. After manual harvesting, the grapes are pressed and subjected to traditional red wine making at a controlled temperature. follows fermentation at a controlled temperature of 28 ºC for about 15 days. The final phase of aging involves the aging in barriques for 6 months and finally for another 6 months in bottle.
Characteristics of this Tuscan wine
It has a ruby red color and a very intense aromatic profile. Pleasant and harmonious on the palate, with a good finish.
Recommended pairings with this Tuscan red wine
Particularly suitable with meat dishes and important cheeses. Follow at the temperature of 16/18 ºC.
