The vinification for this Cecchi winery tuscan wine involves the use of 100% pure Merlot grapes. The origin is that of the Maremma Toscana. The vinification takes place in red following the traditional method and involves a prolonged maceration on the skins, with controlled temperatures of 25°C. The refinement of the wine extends for 15 days in the bottle.

The organoleptic test shows a deep ruby red color. The nose is rich and expresses beautiful notes of cherry, plum, blackberry and blueberry, also in jam. The taste on the palate is warm, soft, pleasantly balanced.
