Maremma Toscana "PUNTON DEL SORBO" DOC MANTELLASSI
From the vinification of Cabernet Sauvignon grapes in purity. The origin is that of the territory of Magliano in Toscana. After the harvest, which takes place strictly by hand, follows the vinification with the traditional method in stainless steel tanks of 50 hectoliters. The temperature is controlled in order not to raise the acidity of the wine. The maturation and subsequent refinement take place for 4 months in stainless steel tanks, and 12 months in French oak barriques and 6 months in the bottle.

A deep and intense ruby red colour. The perfume has a fine and elegant fruity bouquet. The taste is round and balanced on the palate.
