Descrizione vino

The grapes that produce this wine are 80% Corvina Veronese , 15% Rondinella and 5% Oseleta and come from the best vineyards of the family Allegrini, located in the heart of Valpolicella. After harvesting strictly by hand selecting the best grapes, the grapes are dried until the end of January. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks for about 25 days, with daily pumping.
