Wine description
Recioto della Valpolicella DOCG “Dulcis” is a red wine produced by Spada Winery from Veneto. Grapes thet give life to this wine are Corvina, Rondinella, Molinara. Fermentation occurs at a temperature of 10°C, then maceration goes on for 30 days with two reassamblies a week. Wine is then moved in oak barrels and undergoes refinement in bottle for 7 months.
Characteristics of Recioto della Valpolicella DOCG
It present a deep garnet red with orange reflections. Spicy and balanced bouquet that reminds of raspberry and black cherry jam, marinate mixed berries, cocoa and ginger.

It’s perfect to be consumed with desserts, especially panettone and short pastry, it is suggested to be tried with chocolate also. It should be served in a small crystal glass at ambient temperature.
