La Segreta Il Bianco Sicilia DOC BIO PLANETA

La Segreta takes its name from the wood that surrounds our vineyard called Ulmo. This young and fresh wine is produced mainly with Grecanico grapes, blended with other international varieties that give him style and personality. All the plants are cultivated in the vineyards owned by Planeta. This fabulous white wine is perfect for every occasion. This blend that truly represents Sicily, is composed by 50% Grecanico, 30% Chardonnay, 10% Viognier and 10% Fiano. The fermentation process, set at 15°C in inox tanks, considers the static decanting of the juice after the soft pressing and the elimination of stalks. The wine rests in the same containers till the bottling.

Features of the "La Segreta" Il BIanco Sicilia DOC wine

The organoleptic analysis shows a light-yellow colour with green reflections that anticipate its freshness. Its scent is characterized by citrus fruits, flowers, white acacia, broom, fresh herbs, peach, pineapple and chamomile. The taste is balanced and classy, due to its moderated acidity.
