This white wine from Cantina Giustini is born from the AVOGLIA line, dedicated to young, fresh wines with a simple drink. The grapes used for its production are pure Fiano from the vineyards of San Giorgio Ionico, Taranto. The vineyards, which have an average age of 10-15 years, are planted on medium-textured soils with good fertility. After manually harvesting the bunches in the first ten days of September, the grapes are destemmed and softly pressed, without maceration. This is followed by alcoholic fermentation in steel at a temperature of 16°C. The final refinement stage is also carried out in steel.
