Descrizione vino

Vin Santo del Chianti di Badia a Coltibuono is a passito of Trebbiano and Malvasia grapes, cultivated on clay soils of medium texture. The place is Monte in Chianti, in the province of Siena, where there is the Azienda Badia a Coltibuono owned by the Stucchi family since 1846. After the manual harvest, the grapes are left to dry on mats in well-ventilated rooms for a few months and then ferment and age for at least 7 years in oak barrels.

Vin Santo del Chianti Classico DOC BIO's features

It is an amber yellow wine with hints of apricot, honey, almonds and vanilla. In the mouth it is fresh, soft, full and precise.
