This Abruzzo white wine from Cantine Torri was born from the use of Passerina grapes grown in the Controguerra vineyards, with south/southeast exposure and at approximately 290 m above sea level. The bunches are collected manually during the October harvest: the terroir guarantees daily temperature variations that emphasize the typical aromas of this grape variety. Winemaking takes place in heat-conditioned steel vats and film maceration takes place at low temperatures. Refinement involves a period of at least 4 months in the concrete tanks and then bottling in the absence of oxygen.
Characteristics of this Abruzzese wine
It has a ddelicate straw yellow color, with olfactory notes of sage, broom, peach and apricot. On the palate it is vigorous, in perfect harmony with the olfactory notes.
