Berlucchi’s Franciacorta Nature Blanc de Blancs 61 is a vintage of great elegance and finesse, the result of a long aging on the lees, which lasts over 5 years. It is a Classic Method that expresses the best qualities of 100% Chardonnay, enhanced by the choice of a zero dosage.
Franciacorta 61 Nature Blanc de Blancs's features
Straw yellow tending to golden, with fine and persistent perlage. Aromas of fruit and white flowers, citrus fruits, aromatic herbs and brioche bread. Creamy taste, very fresh, vibrant and mineral, great balance and elegance.
Suggested pairings tasting this product of Berlucchi winery
Excellent as an aperitif or in combination with appetizers and fish dishes. It is recommended to consume it at a temperature of 8°-10°C in tapered glass.
