This Gewurztraminer "Ritratti" from La-Vis Trentino Winery comes from a vine grown on the hills of Pressano, near the village of Lavis: here the soil is silty and sandy and this allows the vine to take on all the nutritional elements. Following the manual harvest that takes place in September, the grapes are subjected to soft pressing with subsequent fermentation at a controlled temperature in steel.
