This pure Gewürztraminer comes to life from 10 up to 25 years old company vineyards. It manages to develop a yield of 40 hectoliters per hectare of vineyard. Cultivation takes place with the Gujot method. The vinification involves careful de-stemming of the grapes already in the harvest phase, which takes place with a slight over-ripening. Only the healthy berries are delivered to the company. Cold maceration continues for 12 hours, then follows a phase of soft pressing, natural decantation, slow fermentation at a controlled temperature of 18°C. finally maturation on the fine lees for 5 months and filtration and bottling in March. The vineyard extends over a hilly area in the municipality of Caldaro. Exposed to the south between 450 and 500 meters above sea level, it benefits from a clayey soil with a conspicuous presence of porphyry.
