This Gewürztraminer from the Abbazia di Novacella winery is produced with 100% pure grapes grown in the DOC area with Controlled Designation of Origin in the Conca di Bressanone. Harvest takes place with grapes at the perfect degree of ripeness and the vinification involves fermentation and maturation in stainless steel. Refinement extends for 10 months in steel tanks.

A straw yellow color with golden reflections. Perfume expresses notes of rose and lychee, cloves, vanilla, sweet figs, grapefruit. The taste on the palate is full, aromatic, characterized by a marked fruity aftertaste and a good persistence.
