Descrizione del vino
The prosecco Bio of Mionetto is a sparkling wine of the Extra Dry typology. The Glera grapes are used at 100% and they are biological cultivated and it is produced in the Valdobbiadene Prosecco DOC area. This sparkling wine is obtained without the use of chemical substances and this Prosecco DOC is the result of a separated wine making process. This wine can be consumed after one year from the bottling.
Characteristics of this Prosecco DOC Bio Extra Dry
It has a straw yellow color with an intense and thin perlage. The smell is delicate with floral, acacia, pineapple and orange aromas. The taste is harmonic, acid and balance with the sugars.
Suggested pairings with this biological Prosecco
It is perfect as appetizer, with white meats, fresh fish and risotto. It must be served at 8°C in a high and tapered wine glass.
