Cococciola DOP TOLLO
The Cococciola of Tollo Winery is produced from 100% Cococciola grapes. After harvesting at the end of September, the grapes are gently crushed and then aged in stainless steel tanks for 3 months before being bottled.
Characteristics of this Abruzzese wine
The wine has a straw yellow color tending to greenish; the nose has hints of white peach and jasmine. Fresh, savory and well balanced.
Recommended pairings tasting this label of Tollo Winery
Perfect with first courses based on fish. Serve at a temperature of 10-12ºC in glass not very large.
