This exceptional wine from Cantina Tollo is produced from 100% pure Montepulciano grapes from organic farming. The origin of the vineyards is the classic Abruzzo DOP in the province of Teramo. The harvest takes place from the middle of October. The vinification involves the maceration of the skins at a controlled temperature. Finally, the wine is aged in vitrified cement tanks.
Characteristics of this organic wine
The wine has a ruby red color with violet reflections. The aroma is that of small red fruit, purple and licorice. The taste is full, with a good structure with soft tannins and well integrated.
