Montepulciano d'Abruzzo Riserva "CAGIOLO" DOP TOLLO
The Montepulciano d'Abruzzo Riserva "Cagiolo" of Cantina Tollo is produced from 100% Montepulciano grapes. After the harvest at the beginning of October, the grapes are gently pressed and left to macerate for several days at a controlled temperature. It then ages in tovere barrels for 2 years before being bottled and resting in glass for at least another year.
Characteristics of this Abruzzese wine
The wine has an intense ruby red color; the nose has hints of ripe red fruits combined with spices such as vanilla and cinnamon. Full, with soft tannins and with a long persistence.

Perfect with tasty pasta dishes, game and stewed meats. To be served at a temperature of 16-18°C in a fairly large glass.
