Chardonnay DOC Lis Neris
From the use of grapes of the precious 100% pure Chardonnay vine. The origin of the vines falls within the territory of San Lorenzo Isontino-Corona-Romans (Gorizia). The vinification involves fermentation in steel tanks (20-22 °C), maturation in the same fermentation containers on the fine deposit for 8 months with frequent bâtonnage and short aging in the bottle.
Chardonay DOC Lis Neris’s features
A bright straw yellow colour. The scent on the nose expresses a beautiful fruity background from which clear floral notes emerge, including acacia. The taste has a mineral trace opens to a long, soft and multifaceted taste. Very drinkable, it closes with a nice finish on the fruit.

Try it with fish dishes, including pasta. Spaghetti with mullet. Excellent on first courses with delicate sauces. The optimum serving temperature is 12 ° C. The alcohol content reached is 13.5% Vol.
