This wine born from a South-east Sicilian vineyard with pleasant fresh red fruits or blackberry and blueberry aromas, with a lively and soft taste. The grapes used are the Frappato at 100%. The cultivation method is the guyot. There is a manual picking in September. The cold maceration lasts 24 hours. The fermentation takes place for 10-15 days at 22-24°C. There is the refinement period in stainless steel tanks and 1-2 months in bottle.

It has a ruby red color with purple reflections. The smell is lively with fragrant fresh fruits, undergrowth, and berries aromas. The taste is fresh, fruity and soft.

This wine is perfect with tomato pastas, vegetables, or with the pizza. It can be matched also with fish. It must be served at 15°C in a high and wide wine glass. The proof is 12,5%.
