Descrizione vino

Made from 100% Nero D'Avola grapes. This native vine of Sicily is a reference for the territory. The origin of the vines, falls within the company and extends in the section of Western Sicily. The harvest takes place in the month of September in full maturation in order to ensure a good yield of the harvest. In the cellar the fermentation takes place in steel tanks; then follows the aging of the wine which also develops in steel, followed by six months in 3000 lt barrels.
