The type of land is mainly morainic, with a consistent skeleton and presence of silt. The farming system as per the company tradition is a pergola and guyot. With grapes of about 30 years and able to develop a yield of 110 quintals per hectare of vine. After the harvest that takes place between the end of September and the beginning of October, we proceed with the vinification. The claret wine is obtained from a "rose" vinification of the grapes. The grapes harvested, after being destemmed, are left in maceration for a few hours and then crushed with soft pressing.
