Cerasuolo d'Abruzzo DOP BIO
This fresh and saucy wine is vinified by Cantina Tollo from 100% pure Montepulciano grapes. The cultivation of vines follows the organic farming method. The origin of the vines is the classic one of Abruzzo, in the DOP area. The harvest for these selected grapes starts in the last decade of September. The vinification involves the soft pressing of the grapes, the clarification of the must and fermentation at a controlled temperature. Finally, the aging develops for about 3 months on the lees in stainless steel tanks.
Characteristics of this Organic wine
On organoleptic examination, the wine has a pale pink color with light violet reflections. The aroma is rich and fruity, with hints of cherry and mineral nuances. The taste is medium-bodied, soft, savory and velvety in the finish.

The first dishes of meat or fish, fish main courses, roast white meat, fresh cheese or semi seasoned represent exceptional combinations. The optimal serving temperature is 8ºC.
