Descrizione vino

From the vinification of 100% Cannonau grapes. This vine has found its ideal habitat in Sardinia and only in this land it reaches that aromatic and polyphenolic richness that make it the prince of all the island's reds. The origin is the classic one of Sardinia. The vinification after the harvest requires that the grapes are brought to the cellar, in order to preserve their integrity and aromas intact. Fermentation takes place in steel tanks, at a controlled temperature with maceration on the skins for about 10/15 days. The aging is done partly in steel and partly in medium-sized barrels, to prevent the wood from overpowering the primary aromas of the grapes.

 

Cannonau di Sardegna Rosato "Nudo" DOC Siddura’s features

A pale pink colour with luminous reflections. The scent has notes of the floral world, citrus fruits, pink grapefruit, orange peel and shades of wild herbs from the Mediterranean . The taste is fresh and flowing, it gives a taut and delicate sip, which anticipates a closure with a savory and vibrant character.

 

Suggested food pairings while tasting this Cannonau di Sadegna Rosato "Nudo" DOC 

Try it with salmon tartare, fried chicken with red pepper chutney and Pizza. The optimal serving temperature is 10° C. The alcohol content 13.5% Vol.
