The quintessential symbol of the ancient sparkling school of the world's most famous aromatic sparkling wine, this Cocchi Asti is produced in small quantities, fermenting in steel vats. This Piedmontese wine is made from Moscato Bianco grapes: throughout the production process, every effort is made to maintain the aromaticity and delicacy inherent in the grapes. Once the harvest is complete, the whole bunches are pressed to obtain a very sweet must that can be fermented in steel.
Features of this Cocchi Asti
It has a straw yellow color with an attractive perlage; the olfactory notes recall the typical aromaticity of Muscat, with hints of wisteria, acacia and honey. On the palate it is characterised by a balanced sweetness and a low alcohol content.
Recommended pairings with this Piedmontese sparkling wine
Perfect in combination with desserts, especially traditional Piedmontese desserts made with hazelnuts and almonds. Serve at 6-8°C.
