Moscato Rosa GIORGI
This wine produced by Giorgi winery is able to join tradition and experience in the wine making. It is a sparkling Rosé IGT produced in the zone of Oltrepò Pavese, a blend composed by Moscato, Malvasia and Croatina. The vineyards produce 85 quintals per hectare. The harvest is planned at the beginning of September for Malvasia and Moscato, while Croatina is harvested at the end of the month, in order to reach the right maturation and to preserve the correct percentage of sugar. The soft pressing process extracts only the free-run must, with its the typical pink colour full of amber shades. The must is then fermented in steel at a controlled temperature of 18°C.
Features of this Moscato Rosé
Pink colour full of light purple shades, enriched by a rich, wide, aromatic bouquet characterized by flowers and fruits. The taste is sweet, harmonious and smooth.

It is recommended especially with sweets like biscuits or with fresh patisserie. Great with dried fruits and aged cheeses. It has to be served at 12°C in a small wine glass that allow the concentration of the scents. The alcoholic strength reaches 7% Vol.
