Sairus Aglianico is the best resume of Vitis Hellenica, a millenial vine variety that has its roots in the ancient memories of Campania Felix, as testify the historical works of Marco Terenzio Varrone and Plinio il Vecchio. The grapes are selected annually and produce a complex wine that needs at least 4 years of aging. Its vineyards are located in the heart of the area of Avellino. The manual harvest is planned at the end of October. The wine-making considers fermentation at controlled temperature and cooled maceration for 15days. The aging is developed in inox for 12 months, in wooden barrels for 36 and continues in the bottle for at least 6 months.
Features of Campania Aglianico
Intense ruby red colour, enriched by complex sensations of red fruits and spices. The taste is dry and characterized by soft tannins.

Fabulous with starters, cold cuts, aged and spicy cheese, mushrooms, black truffle, game and lamb. It has to be served at 16°C in a wide wine glass, that allows the diffusion of the perfumes. The alcoholic strength reaches 13,8 %Vol.
