Irpinia Aglianico "Dal Re" DOC by Feudi di San Gregorio is obtained with 100% Aglianico grapes. After the harvest, the must ferments for 2-3 weeks in stainless steel; then passes for almost a year between barrique and steel and another 6 months in bottle before being sold.
