Passerina Terre di Chieti BIO
A label that represents all the tradition of Abruzzo. A wine made from 100% pure Passerina vinification, produced from organic farming, the origin is the classic Abruzzo region. The harvest takes place from the second half of September. The vinification involves the soft pressing of the grapes, cold decanting of the must and fermentation at a controlled temperature. The aging is about 4 months in stainless steel tanks.
Characteristics of this organic wine
On organoleptic examination it has a straw-yellow appearance with subtle greenish reflections. The aroma is rich and fruity, with fine citrus and floral notes. The taste is rich and medium-bodied, fresh and delicate, slightly savory.

A wine that goes perfectly with carpacci, raw and shellfish, all fish dishes, fresh cheese or pasta filata. The optimal serving temperature is 10°C.
