Rosato Salento "VIGNA MAZZĺ" ROSA DEL GOLFO

The Rosato del Salento Vigna Mazzì is a rosé wine obtained with 90% Negroamaro grapes and a small percentage of Malvasia Nera. After the manual harvest, the must ferments in steel vats for a period of 6 months and then rests for 10 months in cherry and chestnut barrels.

Characteristics of this Apulian wine

The organoleptic test shows a bright pink color with coppery reflections; on the nose there are hints of small red fruits with hints of aromatic herbs. On the palate it is soft, with a good freshness and flavor.

Suggested food pairings while tasting this Salento wine

Excellent with white meats and stewed fish. To be served at a temperature of 8-10°C in a not very large glass.
