Negroamaro Rosso Salento "SCALIERE" ROSA DEL GOLFO

This Rosso del Salento Scaliere of the Apulian Rosa del Golfo Winery is a red wine obtained with 90% Negroamaro and 10% Aglianico del Vulture grapes. After the manual harvest, the must obtained ferments in steel vats for 6 months before being bottled.

Characteristics of this Apulian wine

At the organoleptic examination this Salento wine shows a ruby red color; on the nose it is an explosion of aromas of red berried fruits. On the palate it is soft, with a good consistency and persistence.

Suggested food pairings while tasting this Apulian wine

Try it with stewed meats, game and fresh cheeses. Serve at a temperature of 16-18°C in a not very large glass.
