La Rose de Manincor BIO
This excellent label is created with Lagrein, Merlot, Cabernet, Pinot Noir, Petit Verdot, Tempranillo and Syrah. The vineyards are located in the best areas for the production of red wines, in Seehof and Panholzerhof. The hills have a south-east exposition and 250 meters elevation. The soils are characterized mainly by clay, sands and limestone. This Rosé is created with the best reds of the vintage, that means, of course, that the wines are not the same every year. The spontaneous fermentation is managed in wooden barrels. 5 months aging on lees exalt aromas and taste.

Shiny salmon pink red colour, enriched by delicate hints of raspberry and cherries. The taste is dense and persistent, with its elegant acidity and a fruity and mineral after taste.
