Descrizione vino

A Prosecco able to stand out in the Italian scene. The result of the vinification of 100% pure Glera grapes. The origin of the vines is traced back to the DOC territory of Veneto. These grapes are grown in the vineyards located on the hills of Refrontolo in the municipality of Valdobbiadene. The vinification is obtained from 100% Glera grapes, harvested and selected only by hand. After the classic winemaking processes, the sparkling wine is made according to the Charmat Method, through refermentation in autoclave for 30-40 days, with an aging of about 3 months, before being marketed.

The wine shows a straw yellow color and a fine and persistent perlage. The aroma opens with an intense aroma of crispy yellow fruit, enriched with floral notes of acacia and wisteria. The taste in the mouth is fresh and velvety, with a pleasant mineral and persistent finish.
