Pinot Nero "Mason di Mason" BIO
Mason di Mason by Manincor is produced with 100% Pinot Noir grapes, cultivated in Mazzon, that the local people call Mason, in order not to confuse it with another village called with the same name. 4 hectares located between 400 and 450 meters above the sea level and oriented to south. A unique area for the growth of Pinot Noir bunches. The soils are characterized by sands and minerals of different dimensions. The lands with a higher elevation host the oldest vineyards, where the staff of Manincor selects the best grapes for this excellent Grand Cru di Grand Cru. The grapes coming from the different parts of the vineyards are reworked separately. The spontaneous fermentation is managed in wooden barrels. 2 weeks maceration, followed by 12 months aging on lees in barriques (for the 25% new). After the aging, the wines are assembled.

This fabulous wine is characterized by a deep and shiny ruby red colour. Its perfume recalls mature fruits, minerals and spices. The taste is intense and characterized by defined tannins that contribute to its balanced structure and harmony.
