Sauvignon DOC Elena Walch

The vinification of 100% Sauvignon grapes. The territory from which the vineyards come is characterized by the exposure to the south - east and south - west on calcareous soils with sandy veins. The collection made entirely by hand. The vinification foresees that the grapes are gently pressed and the must undergoes static clarification. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 19 º C. The wine then ages for a few months on its lees in stainless steel containers.

The aspect evidenced by the organoleptic examination this sensational wine has an intense and luminous straw yellow color. The nose aroma emerges with a delicate bouquet that ranges from fruity notes of green apple to a delicate vegetable scent, even herbaceous. The taste on the palate strikes its elegant freshness, a certain minerality and a lively acidity that leads to a beautiful persistence.

Serving suggestions tasting this white wine

An aromatic white wine, excellent both as a fresh aperitif and as an accompaniment to light fish dishes. The ideal serving temperature is 8°C in a high and tapered glass.
