Cabernet Sauvignon Tenuta Luisa
The vinification is preceded by maceration of 15 days to allow the extraction of pigments and odorous substances found in the skins. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature for 12 days. Elevage on fine-grained lees for 8 months. Ageing in the bottle for a further 3 months.
Characteristics of Cabernet Sauvignon DOC
The color is intense ruby red, with a faint scent of wild berries. In the mouth is tannic and harmonious.
Serve in goblets of medium size and temperature of 16-18°C. It is perfect with braised meats, casseroles, stews, red meat.
