"Il Rogito" by Cantine del Notaio is a rosé wine produced with 100% Basilicata grapes, cultivated in the vineyards in Basilicata. The manual harvest takes place at the beginning of October, when the sugar content is complete. Then maceration for a couple of days and vinification at controlled temperature in stainless steel with malolactic fermentation. The maturation takes place in natural caves of volcanic tuff for at least 12 months, in carats or tonneaux of French oak.

The organoleptic analysis of this wine shows a deep pink color. The nose is dominated by small red fruits, fruity and spicy notes. The mouthfeel is soft, then pleasantly persistent with fruity and floral hints.
Suggested food pairings while tasting this product from the Cantine del Notaio winery
Perfect with fish dishes, especially with crudités, but also with pizza. It should be served at the temperature of 10ºC in glasses not very large.
